Just The Right Feel

A home décor storefront for the Indian market, taken from an empty folder to a live site solo — product thinking, interface, 3D, database, admin panel and deploys. Visitors walk through rooms rendered in 3D, tap a piece on the wall and turn it over in their hands. Nothing here is a template or a page builder: the site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework and no runtime dependencies, and every 3D asset was generated, compressed and placed by hand.

The Build

AI-Assisted Production +

Meshy Claude Code Prompt Engineering Generative Imagery

Produced the entire product catalogue in Meshy — text and image prompts to textured 3D models — instead of buying stock assets or modelling by hand.
Ran the build with Claude Code inside VS Code across 82 commits, directing the architecture and reviewing every change rather than accepting output blind.
Treated AI output as raw material, not finished work: nothing generated ships until it has been through the compression pipeline and checked in a real browser.

3D & Spatial Web +

Spline model-viewer WebGL glTF / Draco

Three room walkthroughs built as Spline scenes, each carrying hotspot dots pinned to objects that keep tracking them in 3D as the camera moves.
Rooms open on a poster and preload the scene behind it; entry unlocks only once the scene is ready, so a heavy WebGL load never blocks the page.
Individual pieces open in a <model-viewer> detail sheet the visitor can spin, zoom and inspect before buying.

Data & Backend +

Supabase PostgreSQL Row-Level Security Auth Object Storage

Seven tables drive every product, article, 3D scene and hotspot on the site — a content edit is live the moment it is saved, with no deploy in between.
Row-level security is the real guard: the public key is public by design, so write access is enforced in the database rather than trusted to the client.
Models and imagery served from object storage by absolute URL, keeping the deployed site small and the heavy assets out of the bundle.

Build Tooling +

Node.js gltf-transform sharp Git VS Code Netlify CLI

Wrote a two-pass model pipeline: textures re-encoded through sharp, geometry compressed with Draco, held to a 3 MB per-model budget so rooms load on a phone.
Wrote a deploy assembler that builds the publishable folder from an allow list, because the hosting CLI reads neither .gitignore nor .netlifyignore.
Hosting is metered, so changes are batched and verified against a local build before a single deploy goes out.

The Admin Panel

The part I am proudest of. Rather than hand the site back to a developer every time a price changes, I built a password-protected control panel behind it — one screen per kind of content. Everything below is editable from a browser, by someone who has never seen the code, and it is live on the site the moment it is saved.

Products & collection. Add a piece, set its price, specs, photos and 3D model, and file it under a category. The storefront picks it up immediately.
3D rooms & their hotspots. Upload a room scene, then drag a dot onto the object it belongs to and link it to a product. The dot stays attached to that object as the camera moves.
The Nest Edit. Write and format articles in a Word-style toolbar — headings, italics, numbered lists — and see them render on the public page exactly as written.
Reel Studio. Choose a template and the products to feature, and the panel renders a finished Instagram reel as a real MP4, ready to post.
Social & share tools. Turn any article into an Instagram feed image, draft its caption, and generate the link preview that shows up when the site is shared.
Feedback & subscribers. Visitor messages and the mailing list, readable in one place instead of an inbox.
